No. Bookkeeping services include making bank deposits, and processing transactions for accounts receivable and accounts payable. These daily tasks are better completed by your business staff. However, we do offer QuickBooks training and coaching, to you or your staff, for more efficient bookkeeping.
We do not currently offer Corporate tax preparation. However, we do offer support to your CPA. At this time, we offer basic personal/individual income tax preparation and e-filing for individuals, families, and Schedule C filers, and independent contractors (1099s) in Arizona.
Yes. We can help you with preparation and e-filing of 1099 forms to ensure compliance with IRS reporting requirements. This service needs to be reserved from October to November of the filing year.
Yes, we do. We adhere to GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles) to produce financial statements that offer a good picture of your business financial situation, so you’re able to make informed business decisions.
Yes, we can manage copies of your business expense receipts. You scan and send your receipts to us and keep your originals with you. We strive to make things easier for you.
Yes, we offer payroll management services when you hire our accounting services. We are not a payroll company, so we don’t offer only payroll services.
Of course! We speak either English or Spanish – whichever you prefer.
It depends on the type of services and the agreed payment method. We require payment in advance via issued invoice or authorized ACH transfer.
